We specialize in English to French and French to English translation of documents, labels, and other material. We have been provided translation services since 2007 and have many happy clients!
My name is Sandy and I am the person behind Frenchdocs.com. I am a dual French American citizen and my husband, daughter and I live next to Burlington, Vermont in the USA. I believe I am an outstanding tutor and translator because I have a real cross cultural experience. I have worked, lived and studied both in France and in the USA. I also have a strong network of both French and American professionals, able to help if needed.

When I first moved to the US in 2007 I came to Salt Lake City to meet my soon to be husband who was a professional skier living in Utah. My husband and I met in Vermont in 2003 but it is not until 2007 that we officially moved together. We lived in Salt Lake City until 2015. We enjoyed all the great outdoor Utah had to offer but we are happy to be “back home”, in Vermont. When I first arrived in Utah, I was freshly out of college, I studied Agribusiness and Food Science in France, and started to look for a job in this field. I did not know the language as well and all I could find was work in the specialty food department at a local natural food store. It was fun but not what the ambitious me was looking for. While I kept on building my experience in the food and nutrition industry, I have always been in close contact with my country and culture and wanted to somewhat do something using the French Language and the culture. I started giving lessons and quickly moved into providing translation work. I am very passionate about translations. I think languages are fascinating and I find providing a proper and accurate translation a rewarding challenge!
I currently work with clients all over the United States in many industries. I also tutor beginner to advanced students at the moment mainly online but I am looking to work with clients in person in Vermont.
Sandy Blancher, FrenchDocs.com main translator is a native French Speaker, graduated in 2007 with a Master Degree in Agribusiness and Food Science from a French University (ISTOM next to Paris, France) and with a MBA from the University of Utah in 2011.
